Says Multiplayer Not installed After new Update from ModernWarfareII Is there something wrong ? Or what do I need to do?.
I’ve redownloaded the game 2 times already, I’ve cleared my cache and rebuilt my data base. Thankfully, a fix has been spotted among the rubble! Multiple people on the MW2 subreddit have reported on the issues, and sadly, Infinity Ward hasn’t acknowledged it just yet. Players are greeted with a Modern Warfare 2 “Can’t Install” or “Multiplayer Not Installed” prompt for the new Multiplayer Pack they are being asked to download, which means that gamers can’t launch multiplayer (or the game) at all.
With Infinity Ward suddenly the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 patch just now, it seems loads of players are having issues downloading and installing the update file.
